The authorities have shut down Sheffield sauna, “The Boiler Room.” Police pinned a note on the door, stating that the closure is to put an end to alleged “antisocial behavior.” The notification states that the police have “reasonable grounds to suspect that the use of the premises” has caused “nuisance to members of the public.”
The owners have only made one comment on their Facebook page:
“Due to circumstances beyond our control, Pink Broadway Limited will discontinue trading with immediate effect. We are really sorry that there has not been advance notice or warning regarding this (closure).”
The proprietors later issued a second statement, stating
“Now sadly closed by the authorities under very suspicious circumstances, dodgy witnesses who refuse to testify, and lies. Please comment below and show the truth”
