Channel 4 in Britain is in the stages of broadcasting a documentary on gay bathhouses in the UK.<\/p>\n

Titled Secrets of the Sauna, it’s setting will be the CS2 sauna in Nottingham, England. According to the press release, this documentary will provide \u2018insight into a hidden world and a surprising, sideways look at modern gay relationships\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018Customers come here at any time of the day \u2013 during their lunch break or after a night out to have sex with perfect strangers,\u2019 the press release states.<\/p>\n

\u2018And business is booming.\u2019<\/p>\n

The documentary will focus on a few couples including John and Joe, the owners of CS2 Sauna. They have been a couple for more than 30 years and will be getting married soon.<\/p>\n

According to the press release, for John and Hoe \u2018owning a sauna is a lifestyle choice and as they readily admit, both are more than happy to mix business with pleasure\u2019.<\/p>\n

Also featured Robin, a Conservative Councilor, and his new husband Andy tell Channel 4 \u2018of a time when the police used to raid gay saunas on a regular basis\u2018; but now, local politicians can \u2018openly use the sex swings at CS2 without fear of intimidation,\u2019 according to the broadcaster. <\/p>\n

UPDATE<\/strong>: The documentary SECRETS OF THE GAY SAUNA will be shown on ABC 2 TV in the UK this Friday 10th July at 9:29pm.<\/p>\n
