The blog Seattle Gay Scene<\/b><\/u><\/a> is reporting a customer has died at Steamworks Seattle<\/b><\/u><\/a>. The cause of death is allegedly due to a drug overdose. <\/p>\n

Writer Michael Strangeways<\/b><\/u><\/a> has composed an interesting blog post about the latest death at the gay baths in Seattle. In addition there are several comments in this post that are an interesting read. He writes:<\/p>\n

And, yet another reminder that \u201cplaying and partying\u201d are a deadly combo regardless of age, but it doesn\u2019t take a rocket scientist to note that many of the men who die in these situations are 40+ and most of them were using some sort of drug at the time, legal or otherwise. (And, we should point out, that we don\u2019t know the cause for the incident on Saturday\u2026no official report has been released.) Poppers, meth, steroids, Viagra\u2026whatever stimulants you take, they don\u2019t always cope well with excessive activity (like fucking in a sex club steam room) and especially on bodies that are likely to be already stressed out with the use of stimulants.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

But one person has commented <\/p>\n

“Well and from what I hear the Steamworks management has been really vigilant about not allowing drugs in the facility and kicking out those found to be using so that makes this death all the more surprising and sad.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
